Any idea on what 'Other debits' on axis card transaction history can mean?

I see a transaction named as "other debits" of 500rs on my axis myzone card and I can't remember making this transaction. The customer care says it was made on paytm but I couldn't find it on paytm and gpay transaction history... Any clue on what it could be?
