Any one have Primary SAVINGS ACCOUNT IN INUSIND along with INUDIND DELITE SAVINGS ACCOUNT

Hai Guys

1) does any one have INDUSIND NORMAL or SOME Primary Savings account along with another DELITE savings account ( So INDUSIND parallel savings accounts while the second account opened should be DELITE variant)

2) If So how you had Opened the DELITE Savings account even you have primary account , because in online error is coming for existing customers , IN oFFline I dont know whether they can open or not or showing for them I dont know


please let me know any method to open it for existing savings account customer ( online or offline ).
not only me , A small FD by indirect paytm or direct indusind without savings account persons also getting the same error.
any one solved this problem ???


I tried contacting all support in Indusind, but its waste of time
later wrote to PNO , they said they are trying but no resolution , They also said may be bcz you have already relationship , but they are trying with IT team as such thing was not mentioned in Interal criteria or SOP of the project,

Indus Delite Savings Account is given for new customers who don't have any previous accounts with IndusInd. Those who upgraded from Delite to any other account can hold the Titanium Delights debit card along with the respective account's debit card. However once you have any account other than Delite, you can't downgrade.

Better open Delite account with any of your family member's name and use it.
