DCB Any way to redeem rewards with 1:1 value?

Hi, I saw we can redeem apple products at 1:1 in the rewards portal with Infinia card. However, when I'm checking the prices using DCB Metal, it is coming as 1:0.5. Is there any other portal where we can buy products using DCBM rewards at 1:1?
