App seems to be having issues. Try web login - mobile or desktop. That seems to be working fine.
i am looking to book a hotel using ITC green. Just wanted to know if there is any additional discount when booking via mobile app.
Also are taxes paid via green points?

Maintenance notification is now shown on the app. Nothing for website.
We can also just go for dinner and pay via green points right if we have made a booking via agoda for room .
Issue resolved.
In my opinion for any reward redemption of hotel they expect booking to be only from their own app/website/cust care
This is my experience with ITC Accor and Marriott Bonvoy
Cos if we book via easy diner it will show minimum 15% discounts in these restaurants which they won’t give discount and accept points to pay
