Anyone noticed pathetic customer service from ICICI bank recently? can anyone share the experience

Anyone else is facing pathetic customer service from ICICI bank recently? I have noticed few things:
1. if we ask a query on X item, getting copy paste reply on Y item.
2. Ignoring Escalated complaints even after generating SR number.
3. Poor app since last few updates

Is this only for me or anyone of you guys have the same experience? can anyone share your experiences too, If this is consistently bad, I am thinking of moving my salary account to some other bank. I am kinda fed up with their so called premium, but pathetic in real banking!
 
Icici customer support is nightmare these days .
Their helpline number is not connect you to human executive easily and frustration will start.

If anything goes wrong then you are at your own , icici cs is like - nothing can be done .

I had done one transaction which was in emi but for 3 days they had not converted it to EMI na statement generated, which I have to pay .
Then after bill paid they converted to EMI and now intrest is added for the next two months , when complaint they said now nothing can be done , it's system generated.


Really pathetic, earlier holding 5 cards now closed 2 of them .

I also had EMI conversions after bill Generation. In that case usually your first EMI+Processing fee+ GST charges will make your bill as paid, as they'll credit the remaining amount into the card for EMI conversion.

Also for connecting through phone banking; I had a better expeience. When the automated bot comes, if you say something like" i want you to connect me to the credit card menu, as I need to clarify a few things on my card". This kinda words worked for me most of the time and they do connect with zero wait time.

Email support and escalation desk is behaving like they have no accountability and can do anything
 
I also faced. I mailed to customer care for some help & they are giving irrelevent answers. I called to customercare. It is giving the reponses by bot & not allowing to talk with customer care person. Very bad. I mailed head customer care person 2 days. Till now no reply.
