As per one of their email after making 2 hits to my CIBIL.

"Greetings from BOB Financial Solutions Limited

As per our policy we only accept ITR if applicant has account in Bank Of Baroda."

In my bob application I offered ITR and C2C card statement but the official said kuch na Dene se baat banega. Account holder ke liye kuchh nahi chahiye.

I mean the official in my case said that in that time the application was more approved on account basis. Card to card and itr basis application was being rejected more. So he asked me not to go itr or C2C route. And according to him at that time account basis application meant no documents needed at all except your mobile number linked to your customer ID. And he said in this way it will be surely approved.
