I facing issue with apay card negative points that is they have provided extra reward points for my insurance payment in August and September but from my calculation They have debited extra reward points I am waiting mails after mails to their coustomer support but they are giving same reply ( due to some technical issue we have provided extra reward your points will get credited after they are in positive)
After 2 months of continuous mail they have credited some portion of my points in April but around 2k points are still left which they have debited without any reason and i am asking them for this since April but till now no satisfactory reply from them
I also contacted their call support 2 time after waiting for long a agent will connect he/she will listen to my problem and reply this issue will get solved in next statement but nothing has happened till now
