APay Insurance Premium reward end

I paid premium in September 2022 for which I was given reward points
In month of January they clow back my point and put my reward in negative

I asked them via mail them i come to know about this

I thought axis is bad but now come to know ICICI is bad as axis tell in advance that they are stopping cashback on certain categories

Please suggest any other card for insurance payment after these recent changes which fees is around 1k
Or
Paying GST only ( around 1K )
Fees can be compensated in cashback or Amazon voucher

Card usage is online
