Applied as LTF but Customer Care is saying not ltf (Solved)

Hi Community! I got offer for LTF for HDFC millennia card while applying. But now I asked customer care they are saying it has annual fee. I have recorded my screen while applying the card and taken few screen shot. Where to complaint to nodal officer or banking ombudsman. Thanks in advance!View attachment 13196

Yes ,I received following response

"Basis your representation, we have taken appropriate review and noted that the your credit card is eligible for Life time free and same will be processed in 90 days from the card open date. We request you to bear with us in the interim."
