Applied as LTF but Customer Care is saying not ltf

Hi Community! I got offer for LTF for HDFC millennia card while applying. But now I asked customer care they are saying it has annual fee. I have recorded my screen while applying the card and taken few screen shot. Where to complaint to nodal officer or banking ombudsman. Thanks in advance!

I got offer from net bank and several mails and sms also I have a salary account and a fixed deposit

I also received the same response when I escalated the issue. Although I received the card on February 1st, I plan to send an email during the last week of this month to see what their response will be.

It feels like every other person face this problem while applying HDFC card.
If you really have solid proofs of screen recording and stuff, you should complain to higher authorities.

Yes will try with grievance first if not resolved then will definitely complaint to ombudsman

I've received similar response as well, need to check after 90 days again.
