applied lft card by agent,but now getting charged

i was offered lft icici rubyx dual credit card via agent, as i was college student(nit). But today after my card confirmation message came, i called called customercare. They confirmed that mastercard varient is lft, but amex varient is chargable. What should i do now?

They can't be mixed ..either they both are chargeable or free.

I have never heard mixed case scenario.
Call again and find out.
I strongly suspect they are ltf for you

I have both called and mailed. Both are saying amex is chargeable and MasterCard is free

Usually dual cards have the same last 4 digits, which in your case isn't true.
Maybe ask them if you can close the amex card alone
