If you are going to apply axis ace card through your family members or friends Google pay invite then it is not necessary to apply by using their phone number.
First sign out from your Google pay account. Later during sign in, use your phone number. After that you have to select gmail, this time you just select the gmail ID of your family members/friends (If they have got ace card invitation on their Google pay) on your phone. Now you can find invitation banner on your Google pay.
