Do you need to apply for the Singapore visa only through an authorised travel agent?
if so which are the ones in Mumbai?

Vietnam I think you can apply for an E visa online and Thailand does not require visa for Indian passport.

Hong Kong is electronic travel authorization and Philippines is visa free for 14 days with the Singapore visa.

Please correct me if I am wrong in the above assumptions.

  • You can check Singapore embassy website and it has pdf for agents. It can only be applied by agent. Takes 1-3 business days.
  • Vietnam is evisa applied online takes 2-5 days
  • HK is eta but they have reject based on the location of the passport for some specific areas. Do google search and you will find it. In case it is rejected you need to apply in embassy
  • Philippines is visa free for 14 days with Singapore visa but it is recommend to have multi-entry Singapore visa. People have traveled with Single entry too but multi is preferred. Do some search on Google. I have traveled with US and Singapore visa both and it was multi-entry.

US 10 year visa expires on 26 Jan 2025, but we are going to Philippines end Feb.
I will have to use the Singapore multiple entry visa to enter Phillipines.
Please share a 14 day itinerary for Philippines.

What about Thailand visiting two ports from a cruise ship?

PH visa can be extended by another 7 days, if you need it.

Try Akbar Travels in Mumbai.

Vietnam can apply by self online for E-Visa. No issues in this. Easy approval.

HK can apply for ETA by self online. If passport has travel history, can easily be approved immediately. You would need to input the Hotel Address for Hong Kong stay, no proof needed though.

PH is with Singapore Visa (should be Valid, travelled or not, doesn't matter).

I am myself planning to apply for SG Visa for my family members towards the end of March for travel in Late April. ( You can only apply for SG Visa 30 days before the travel date and not before). Even though agents accept the application, they will not be able to submit online form to the SG ICA 30 days prior to the outbound flight date, so beware of this. Also, max % of SG Visa rejection is based on the Photograph ( They need Matt Finish photo, which no other country or embassy asks for, so beware while getting the photos done as well).

And in my knowledge, SG issues Multiple Entry Visas, even with 1 or 2 months visa.
