Applying for Airtel axis credit from other's Airtel Thanks app?

Hi,



My Airtel thanks app does not allow me to apply for Airtel axis credit card. It says "We currently don't have any credit card offers for you. We will notify you once we have curated offers for you.".



However i am getting the application form via my mother's Airtel thanks app.



Is it possible to apply for the card from her app with my details?

Yes, it is possible. I too had similar issue and i applied using my father in law’s number. After applying, All the communication about credit card is sent to my father in law’s number including activation.

Once after activation, i changed registered mobile number to mine 😀 and no issues.

If you are existing Axis Bank account holder, then click on apply now - credit card? What is showing there?

I already hold MyZone and Flipkart CC. I applied via alternate number. I got rejected after VKYC.

They don't do CIBIL enquiry. You can get pre approved cards without any enquiry from apply option. If you are getting an error or your old pre approved card application is showing there then you have to wait for it to reset. I was unable to apply as my old pre approved Axis Ace application was showing there for last 7 months during this I applied for LTF My My Zone from website and it got rejected citing duplicate application.
But recently I become eligible for pre approved cards again, getting My Zone as paid, but I needed LTF So I applied from the website and it got approved as my old Axis Ace application was reset after 7 months.

What is the procedure to change the mobile number? If you can explain, that will be great.

I am in similar situation.

Actually I was hoping Axis will bring Flipkart LtF offer in feb march but it is not possible it seems.

Apply now wala try karna padega.

Let’s wait for few more days

Ok,So Tell me Does that Credit Card shows it in your CIBIL (As,I know that Card is based on the PAN Number and Not Mobile Number,What would be the impact of it) like Changes in Credit Report?

Yes, it is updated in cibil. There is no impact, only thing is.. since mobile number is different, the new mobile number will be added to cibil account along with previous numbers.

Finally Axis Airtel Card (Mastercard) approved.
Applied on 25th March, approved 31st March.

Application mode: Offline via axis agent (Never easy for airtel card to apply offline but had to request them and get this done✅).

It should be, I’m not sure. On safer side, better to update contact details after receiving card. Even if we update, previous contact number is still visible under contact information in cibil report. May be we need to force cibil to remove that contact number after update.

Customer care refused updating my Flipkart card to Airtel saying it is not possible, it can only be updated to core airtel cards like myzone

How did you change to airtel axis? I would like to change mine too
