So, I have been using https://www.maximize.money/ for quite a while. Today for first time I ran into some problem.

I was making a purchase of Amazon Shopping Voucher today at around 12am. There being no recharge in my secondary airtel number, I could not receive the OTP of my SBI Cashback Card transactions which is unfortunately linked to that number. So, I am dependent on the email for receiving OTP.

As usual, the OTP wasn't coming on time. And first two transactions failed. Then on the third transaction, it showed me successful and received email from Razorpay. But I didn't receive any Gift Card form Maximize Money.

Initially I panicked and then I forwarded the Razorpay email to their customer support email briefing the scenario.

I don't know why but I eventually called the support mobile number at that time (yeah! 12am at night). To my surprise, someone actually picked up the call and listened to me and immediately sent me the gift card to my number.

This was literally appreciable for Maximize Money.

Sharing this as a sign of gratitude and as a positive review and recommendation from my side.

Nah. It's a genuine review. If you have SBI Cashback Card. You may need Maximize Money sooner or later.

As far as I know it's 1% (known from other posts here) because HDFC specifics certain "discount stores" where 5% is applicable. And Maximize Money is obviously not included in that.

I have HDFC Swiggy too but I didn't try it with Maximize Money.
