Are Rupay UPI credit cards eligible to be used only above a certain amount on IRCTC as a UPI payment option?

IRCTC used to accept Rupay UPI cards as UPI payment method, but they probably stopped accepting it before a few months. Even on Dec 2024 the transaction got declined when I tried to book a ticket of Rs. 200. But today I tried to book tickets above 1k and it was successful. So, does IRCTC only accept Rupay UPI payments only above 1k?
