DCB Are wallet transactions included in spend based offers?

I received a message for my Diners Black card to spend more than x amount till 31st Dec 2023.
I want to know if wallet transactions will be counted for the total spends.

TnC says cash withdrawals are excluded, but I don’t know whether HDFC treats wallet reloads as cash withdrawals or not.

If someone has received such offers in past and they have fulfilled it due to wallet transactions, please share your experience.

HDFC explicity mentioned Rent Payments are excluded.

But no mention about wallet Exclusion.

Hence You can do wallet reloads to complete the milestone.
