Atlas issue post partner programs automatically unlinked by Axis

Hi All,

A few days on Friday 17th Jan, many of us got a bunch on Partner Program unlinked successfully mails from Axis, without any of us requesting the unlink. Now when trying to relink, getting error that the member ID is already linked to another customer ID. Also, when trying to transfer miles, getting attached error. Any ideas?

No - less than 500 - but when was that a requirement? I was able to transfer 100 miles earlier.

Minimum is 500 from quiet a few weeks if not months.
The message itself is self explanatory.
