Axis Atlas Atlas lounge access for silver tier

Kindly confirm if below conditions are true till date for Axis Atlas Silver tier. Thanks !

1. No spend based requirements for Atlas silver tier domestic lounge access
2. If the customer is in silver tier, they are eligible for total 8 no. of visits including guests (6 visits for primary + 2 for guests or all 8 visits for primary) per year.
3. For Bangalore, only Dom T1 Departure is available in list of lounge (no 080 lounge T1)

No Idea because AXIS has stopped giving add on cards, I tried multiple times.
