Attachment not showing up when sending email to RM via Email

I'm trying to send some sensitive documents to my RM at IDFC First Bank, but I'm running into issues with attachments and links. Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

  • Attachment in .zip.7z format: Sent via email, but it seems the file didn’t show up on her end or for her manager.
  • Google Drive link: I shared a link, but she mentioned that it doesn’t work for them either.
I'm wondering if anyone else has faced this with IDFC or any other bank. What’s the best way to send sensitive information in this case? Any advice or alternative methods that have worked for you would be much appreciated!
 
.7z is kinda non-standard for banks.
Please try with normal zip or just attach multiple files in multiple emails.
 
With both zip and .7z and even pdf but it won't show up in her email she have send me photo too and it black under attachment
It's probably being blocked by email scanner. Am not expecting such strong rules with IDFC, but we never know.
Try to send from another email, like Outlook/Hotmail.
