Au Bank Credit Card application - Why is Bankkaro.com responding?

I applied for Zenith CC on AU bank website. But yesterday I got a reply from Bankkaro.com for some missing data & sending them my information such as Residential address, company address, etc. I filled all these data while submitting my information, so why are they saying missing info?

Also why is Bankkaro.com coming into picture and why do they need my address & personal details? I am thinking that if I reply to them, they will spam and sell my personal data.

How should I proceed?

It could be that AU has outsourced its credit card application work to them.

Since the reply to email id belongs to the AU bank domain, I would go ahead and not worry.
