AU bank credit card got leaked twice, international spending disabled feature saved me.

In the past 6 months or so my AU vetta card details were leaked somehow and I used to get failed transaction message late at night. Sometimes it was 30 CAD last time 1 JPY.
I blocked my card twice but wonder why AU is only getting leaked.
Thank god my international transactions setting were disabled.

The thing is i only have kept it in cred and Amazon pay. And there is my concern.
