AU Bank credit card payment issue?

Is anyone facing issues paying their AU Bank credit card bill?
I tried using HDFC Billpay - money deducted and payment status still shows PAID in app, but I get an SMS stating that Billpay failed due to technical issue on biller's end.

Then I tried paying through the AU Bank application itself using HDFC Netbanking but I am getting failure status. Money not deducted this time. Anyone else facing the same issue? Also, how long will the refund from HDFC Billpay take? I contacted customer care, and they said 3 days, but anyone else who faced the same issue?

no i didn't face any issue
first check the outstanding amount of your CC then try for re-payment

I already did that. Payment hasn't been recorded.

when you receive the refund amount to your bank account then only do payment this time you use CRED

Isn't that like the most obvious answer? Why would I create a post just for that?🙄

I had asked if anyone was facing issues with AU bank, and the number of days required for refund from BillPay usually. My due date is 9th, so I obviously can't wait for refund if it takes more time.

Anyway, for anyone else facing the same issue, the refund was credited within 24 hours for me.
