I had a targeted jewellery offer in September in which AU Bank had offered me Amazon voucher depending on the spends, so I did spend looking at the offer but The voucher fulfillment period was 60 days which has been passed and I had not received the voucher yet. On calling to credit card support team, they requested to email them and on emailing I had received revert that "We wish to submit you that voucher has been successfully triggered to you on your registered contact details and as per the bank records same was expired dated 31 Dec'2024" so how to proceed now?
