Au bank lead deletation

Hi,I have applied for Au ixigo credit card 6 months ago,then it was rejected because of different cities (Work & Home).
They instructed me to delete the lead after 6 months then apply again.I did that.Today they have deleted the lead but in app it is still showing try after 180 days(which has been completed).Whats the solution?

Again Email them regarding this showing you have already completed 180 days

I have not applied yet.
But Now I am getting the option to apply after complaining in RBI Ombudsman 😂
