AU Bank Xcite Ace Query

Hello,
I have just got AU Xcite Ace card.
It says 3% CB on 20000/- transactions in pay cycle. Has anyone tried it for Insurance payments/ Education fees or NPS?
3% is good if it works in these.

I have applied for Xcite Ultra. While doing swipe up, it showed 8L limit. But after video kyc it says application rejected. Any idea why. There was a name mismatch in pan and aadhaar. But I have sent other mails and documents as requested by them to cover this.
Those idiots still rejected it. I have written to pno but don't think there is a solution. Psycho people

You can reapply after 3 months and mention all.the details as per adhar for successful card approval.
