Au credited less reward points ,Vetta

I used my au Vetta card for recharge via cred card Paytm as there was 5% instant discount
But today when i checked I got a bill of 2100 for which 210 points should be created but only received 150
Any way to check for which transaction they have not credited my point

If transactions done on 15th and bill generated on 16th it won’t get added in this bill
Check it pls

Total points we can see but transaction wise no option I am getting on the link

I too received fewer points as I checked they reversed reward points for utility payments ! Devaluation effects
