AU Zenith Card approved but showing charges

I am a employee of West Bengal Govt. I applied for AU Bank card from website and selected Zenith. As per AU Bank, they are giving LTF cards to the Govt employees and some private company. My card was approved after office verification. Now, will it be LTF by default or I have to do some process? Currently it is showing charges in the app as the screenshot. Please share the LTF tnc too if available.

there is no official ltf offer on their website, their employees call and confirm. when you receive the card, in your welcome kit, it will show annual and joining fees a NIL.
but if it shows as chargeable in the kit, then you can call or send an email to them citing your reason. if not, you can chose not to activate the card.

After office verification, they called me and asked about the employer as Govt dept is not in their employer list. I confirmed them. After 4 daysit got approved.
