Auto-pay/Direct debit question

I had setup auto pay/direct debit for my first amex card. Does this automatically apply to my subsequent amex cards? As in, is it on a per account a basis? Or is it a per card basis and it will apply only to my first card? TIA.

It’s card level settings
In amex app other than reward points all of my 3 cards have individual controls and set ups
