Axis Ace (iphone / Android ) bill payment

hi folks

after long long wait my Ace card was approved yesterday . (been waiting to get this card for months. I currently use iPhone which cant link ace card in gpay.
can I link Ace card to my secondary number (Android phone) and pay utility bills . will 5% cashback be provided ?

if cashback is not provided do I have to change ace card contact to my secondary number ( I also hold axis Magnus)

what is the best way plz suggest

You can use Ace card in any Google account. You will get cashback

Google Pay on iOS doesn't support credit cards for utility bill payments.
