Axis ace POS transaction failing, customer service says CVV error

how can there be a cvv error on pos transaction??
am i missing anything?

Customer service is noob mostly.

Just had a call, and he is saying FC card has 150 cap p.m., I was like w.t.f.

He is saying devaluation happened in April, but nothing happened like that. So mostly noobs 🤣.
