Axis Addon card information

Ive an update on all my axis bank credit cards where I can apply for add on cards via mobile app. Ive axis atlas, axis ace and axis magnus.

So If I apply add on card for atlas or ace card will I get same benefits like 5% CB on gpay utilities on both cards or spend based edge mile benefits on both different cards. Like how reward system works for addon card?

No, u wont get. Addon cards are merely for convenience. Theyre still considered a part of primary card.
All CB limits are inclusive of primary + all addons.
Unless specified, u cant double dip.
 
My Add-on application which was approved two days back got declined today citing technical glitch. Anyone else facing the same?
Yes I am also faced same issue. I applied online for my spouse. Post completing Video eKYC they sent and messaged below;

And after 2 days I got below

Customer care has no clue.

Now I reapplied for second time but Video eKYC not going through. First it puts you in queue and takes very long time. After around 10 min it sayd poor internet connnection and session gets terminated. Trying since last 2 days but no luck with pathetic systems of Axis Bank.

Yes, I gave up.. they want me to go apply in the nearest branch.

Yup faced this in more than 8 applications, I gave up now. Will ping my RM/BM to get this done now.
