Axis Airtel Credit Card application issue

Hi all, I am getting messages from airtel finance that I am eligible to apply for axis airtel credit cards but when I apply, the airtel thanks app show thanks for applying we don't have any offer for you right now. Am I doing some thing wrong? Please guide me guys.

I was also facing the same issue so I tried applying with a different number and application went through but it is still under review.

How did you put the other number? I mean I don't see any option to put the number.

Login to Airtel thanks app with an alternate number and then check. I tried with a jio number.
