Axis Airtel Credit Card offer criteria

I am seeing the ad in Airtel Thanks app about the Airtel credit card under "recommended products for you". But when I try to apply for this app it would say "No offer at this time" (something of that sort).
Does my Airtel wallet needs to be active to avail this offer?

Also I am a airtel postpaid user for the last 4 + years and I hold a relationship with Axis bank for the past 6 months

Same thing is happening to me. Airtel does not allow its high spending users to get this card. Try to apply through other family members. I have 6 connections in my family plan and am able to apply through all except the primary connection. You can also try to apply through bank directly

will there be a CIBIL score reduction if I apply via bank?

There will be an enquiry either way reduction will depend on the number of enquiries. Also there is no relation to the wallet you need not do kyc for that
