Axis Airtel Credit Card

Applied for Axis Airtel card for my wife from Airtel Thanks app. The window asked to wait for 2 minutes while it checks the status and it has frozen on this screen since last 2 days.



No email/sms- application/confirmation/denial from Airtel or Axis whatsoever.

Can anyone help?

Yeah it's normal. They would call you to arrange Kyc visit. Don't panic.

I have same issue. I applied in April 2022 and still facing the same issue. No re-apply option in more then 1 year. No response from Airtel CCE and Axis CCE.
Can anyone help ?

Try from another number, it's a known issue.

I have only one mobile number. If I use my father's number then there will be a OTP issue and more issues like:
1. Can I use his number and my details like Name, PAN, DOB?
2. Can I change mobile number later ?
3. will this card reflect in my Airtel Thanx App ?

1. Yes, you can
2. Yes, from Axis Mobile App
3. The card doesn't have to reflect anywhere; you just need to make sure to make the payment through the Airtel Thanks App.
