Axis Atlas 7.5lacs milestone not given due to misleading spend tracker

My Axis Atlas was due for renewal this month. I was tracking milestone of 7.5lacs from spend tracker which showed 7.5lacs for last 3-4 days but not upgraded to Gold tier or got milestone. I thought maybe some rounding error and did few more transactions. I had some idea that due date is around 15 December. But today morning I saw fees being posted and spend tracker gone to nil. I called customer care and was told my spend was 7.48lacs. When I blasted about spend tracker he asked me to share screenshot which I did not take and now tracker is reset. So I lose both 2500 milestone and 2500 on fees payment for Gold? Any way to get Axis to correct this especially I don't have evidence. There are some more transactions posted on 12th with fees. I doubt these will count.

Actually I tried but app doesn't allow. I didn't have another phone at that time and missed to do another time. Apparently spend tracker rounds to show number. And I had this doubt so did more 5k transaction but before that is settled fees get debited and tracker reset yesterday night. It seems they know their tracker shows rounded number as he was asking give screenshot I will raise compliant. I was under impression date is later but it is taken from date card issued even though received and activated much later.

This issue was previously highlighted by someone here.... as Axis tracker rounds off second digit. Better to have it show 7.6 else confirm with customer care before hand. It will show 7.6 even for 7.55L spends

All you can do now is to request them to consider, but it seems difficult.

Also as a good practice, do note down the annual spend reset date for all the cards with annual fee criteria. It usually helps to track better

Can you not manually add the spends from your statements for the year and show them? Why should one rely on their tracker?

See according to them spend is 7.48lacs which maybe right. Since it already showed 7.5lacs I did not do further spend. Only after 3-4 days it had doubt why milestone is not getting credited I did 5k more transactions but before this got settled tracker is reset.

email to PNO and try explaining your point. maybe they can reverse annual fees

Haan wo hai but I think these days Axis is anyways eager to close Atlas card
