My Axis Atlas was due for renewal this month. I was tracking milestone of 7.5lacs from spend tracker which showed 7.5lacs for last 3-4 days but not upgraded to Gold tier or got milestone. I thought maybe some rounding error and did few more transactions. I had some idea that due date is around 15 December. But today morning I saw fees being posted and spend tracker gone to nil. I called customer care and was told my spend was 7.48lacs. When I blasted about spend tracker he asked me to share screenshot which I did not take and now tracker is reset. So I lose both 2500 milestone and 2500 on fees payment for Gold? Any way to get Axis to correct this especially I don't have evidence. There are some more transactions posted on 12th with fees. I doubt these will count.
