Axis Atlas Application Query

I recently applied for Axis Atlas CC from the application, I was previously holding Ace card. The application got approved and a virtual card was issued to me. I also got SMS from axis that the card is approved and will be dispatched shortly. But when I am checking the Application Tracking Id it is showing "Eligibility Check Initiated on 02 Jan 2025, Your Credit Card application has been processed and is undergoing an eligibility check."

Also I tried to do Transactions from the virtual but it is getting failed, when I got the Virtual Card there was option to Activate the card and I have activated it.

Question: Is my card approved?

Yes your Card is approved from Axis side.No need to check status anywhere.You will find full fledge activation code with physical card.Your will get your despatch SMS within a day or 2.Do transaction after that.

Just click on unbox option ,it will ask for activation code which you will get card with physical card envelope.
