Axis Atlas Credit Card Lounge Access

One of the key attractions of the Axis Atlas Credit Card is its complimentary lounge access. However, I’m flying internationally this evening and, just before my trip, I tried to generate the lounge QR code — only to receive the message:
“The content you are looking for is temporarily unavailable.”

This is quite disappointing, especially when you’re counting on the promised benefits.
Can anyone—especially experts or those facing the same issue—explain what’s going on with the card?

If this feature isn’t reliable when it’s needed the most, what’s the point of having the card?

For domestic lounge, axis bank moved from Dreamfolk's platform to Adani Digital Labs https://www.loungeone.ai/

But Adani Lounges are available only at limited airports. they are not even available at my home airport, Kochi.

You can check on loungeone website which lounges you do have access to
I just availed access on 080 Domestic Departure lounge on Bengaluru T2.

Funny thing is I don't see Adani lounge on Mumbai T2 domestic departure on the website. It used to be on dreamfolks but in the new website there's only travel club now.

I activated Priority pass for my Axis Atlas and I can see 12 visits this year.
I have hit 15L spends for this card cycle and currently in Plaitinum Status.
What is the maximum number of Guests I can take with me here?
The PP portal says "12 inclusive member and accompanying guest visits in each membership year (each person uses one inclusive visit)"
Does this mean I can take 1+9 in a single visit?
I have an upcoming trip with 10 people and hence this specific question.

In past, we've heard from other TF members that they have used self+7 or self+8 at different domestic airports without any issue. So i think it should, personally never tried more than self+2
