Axis Atlas Discontinuation News Is True - Got Confirmation Vs LTF Magnus (Non Burgundy)

So I was running behind the Axis RM to get Axis Atlas since mid of August and also asked him lot of times about Axis Atlas being discontinued, he told there is no such news and everything is rumor ( I believe he don't know about the CC community insider news network 😀 ) and told me that I can get the card, today I called him again and told him that there is no option to apply for Axis Atlas on Axis Website, he told me that recently they received a circular that Axis Atlas will be discontinued and the existing Atlas users will get some newly launched Amex Partnered card upon renewal, I don't know which Amex card they will be issuing , Since my hopes of Getting Axis Atlas is lost, my RM is still telling me that Axis Magnus ( Non Burgundy ) could be provided Free if approved.

Is Taking LTF Axis Magnus still worth and can I still extract some good benefits using this card, if yes then how guys.

atlas is travel focussed card and magnus is mixed purpose card.

both offer different benefits than their counterpart.

check the benefits once and if within ur intended purchase options, go for ltf magnus.

but first check also whether that ltf possible or not.

What? How does this make sense? They will simply lose their entire Atlas base. Who in their right mind will accept a AMEX card in place of a VISA card??

That is left at the discretion of Axis , but the Axis Atlas discontinuation news is true as no RM will be interested in getting approval for a 12k card for LTF when they can get approval for 5k card LTF

Fill random details and see if you get option for Axis Atlas, i did the same filled 2 crore salary (Imaginary) and got option for Magnus but not Atlas 😀

My expiry is in 2028. So there is still some time left unless they unilaterally decide to close the card and force me to take some other card.

Anyway all other cards available for public application in Axis portfolio are shit. No matter what they give it will be a huge downgrade to Axis.
