Axis atlas miles transfer to united failed

I have been trying to transfer my edge miles to united 2-3 times and its getting rejected. I have mailed the axis support team and have got no reply from them on the issue. Also called their customer care number and after keeping on hold for almost 20 minutes couldn't talk to a customer care agent as they were all busy. Please someone suggest what to do or how to contact them.

2. next time wait even after 20 mins, to talk. anycase, its our query and we have to wait.
