Axis Atlas milestone benefit

How many days does it take to credit 2500 miles after reaching 1st milestone of spending 3 lacs? I did the transaction within 10-15 days of card delivery.
When I contacted Axis support they said to wait for 60 days. Now even after 60 days, I did not receive the miles.

I didn't receive automatically. I had to mail PNO after crossing 7.5 lakh then they credited points for both milestones 3 and 7.5

just like Amex bad intentions to save points

Does anyone know what categories are excluded for Atlas milestone spends?
Is the exclusion list for milestones the same as the exclusion list for rewards? which are
1) Insurance > 5K
2) Rent (MCC 6513) > 50K
3) Wallet Loads (MCC 6540)

I have gone through the site and pdf of TnC for ATLAS card.
It says that milestone benefit once achieved will be credited within 30 days of transaction...

I crossed 3L milestone on 24th Aug, so Edge miles shall be get credited by tomorrow at most.

My milestone showing 3.9L in the app which includes an EMI conversion aswell.

I understand that edge miles won't be given for EMI conversion but will it be considered for Milestone?

Since I have raised to hopeless twitter team...will the mail to PNO help to get the milestone?
