Axis atlas or Amex platinum travel

Which is a better card, axis atlas or amex plat travel considering the no renewal benefits in amex plat travel? (My main goal is for free hotel nights)

Id spends are around 4L, go for platinum travel, if spends are higher go for atlas

Even if you spend 4 lakhs per year on Amex Platinum travel card, you will get only one, two or three nights at Marriott with your 40000 bonus + 8000 regular + 2000 referral points.
And not even one night with the 10000 Taj voucher.
However the points are worth 40 paisa if transferred to Singapore Airlines

Unlike Amex MRCC or Amex gold, Amex Platinum travel card points cannot be used to buy 7k Amazon pay for 18k points.

So it's better you go for Atlas

Agreed. Only way amex plat better is on spends where axis atlas might not give rp like wallet, fuel, rent etc. which are counted in milestone for amex.
Otherwise atlas is better and become even better as spends increase beyond 7.5
Also joining bonus of atlas is better.
