Axis Atlas Stuck and not getting issued?

I applied for the axis atlas on 23rd December, which is still online. It is showing we are processing. No update.
After further talking, the on-field agent called and said either c2c of 5 lacs is needed or ITR of 15l. After giving them an ITR of 15+ lacs, they are saying net income (- tax) is around 14.6l and thus, the application will be rejected (can't believe such a reason). i hold amex plat travel with a limit of around 4.5l and amex plat charge with no limit, they are also not even considering that.
What can I do?

C2C 4L limit is what they said when I applied. My application is also being reviewed. I applied on Dec 31st only. Through offline agent.

I had applied on 9th December. I got the approval on 2nd January.

You can't do anything for two weeks after applying. In fact, while it is being reviewed, your application won't be visible in the tracker.

After two weeks, call them up and file a complaint. That should speed things up.

It's a standard Axis Bank. You should apply and forget about it. One day suddenly there is an SMS stating your card has been dispatched. 😛

If you already have any existing 🪓 CC, you would have got preapproved atlas even with CL around 1L…
