Today I received my axis ace card but when I am adding it to cred it showing an error like that your contact details for online transaction not updated in bank. Please contact nearest branch. (Screenshot attached)
Now what should I do now?
Even this card not adding to Google pay. When I am Adding to Googlepay it showing banks wants to verify your call to your bank.(Screenshot attached)
And when I called customer care they created ticket and said that will take 1 working day to resolve this issue for Google pay problem.
But for online transaction no complaint registered. (Because at that time I was unaware about online transaction will also not happen)
So should I again call to cc for online transaction problem?
