Axis bank cc payment declined

My father holds flipkart cc with 50k limit on which 23k already been utilized i.e.46% so i decided to pay 12k of outstanding balance to keep under 30% utilisation but it got declined on mobikwik and axis net banking shows can not pay more than total due which is 7k of last month. Is it because of new rule?
If not how can i pay this amount?

I did not face any problem. Yesterday also I made payment to my Axis Ace card and payment accepted. I already paid Total amount due.

2 days back only paid much more than bill amount from Mobikwik.

You mean for current billing cycle for which bill is not generated you paid some amount of total outstanding amount to keep under 30% tab

Yes, just try with small amount using IMPS service and check if you face any problem or not... If you have SBI then there is no IMPS charge
