Axis Bank Credit Card Application Issue

I had applied for the Axis Bank my zone LTF credit card on 15th Feb and completed video kyc as well but on 23rd February axis Bank executive visited my for physical kyc verification and after completing all the procedures he said that the application number that I got previously will get changed and I will get a new application number for tracking and then I asked that it will hit my cibil or not then he said that I will not hit the cibil but when on 11 P.M I had received a new application number and after that I got a email from cibil that my cibil got hit. So, I think he had applied for a new credit card application without taking any permission from me.

Can I report this issue to the RBI Ombudsman for resolution?

Please help me getting a resolution as soon as possible

Happened with me too.

They didn't do anything, even didn't remove CIBIL hit.

If he has taken any OTP form you than he applied again.

There are 2 reasons for that....
A. You might have filled some incorrect information while filling the application form like incomplete office or residence address or maybe something else.

B. The agents who visits you have there own personal targets to sell the cards. So mostly they reapply again using the details you mentioned to fulfill their targets.

You can complaint against the executive if you have his mobile no or whatever information he have.

What he did in Physical Verification?
 
He may have taken a OTP and did the biometric kyc.
So, I already have an Airtel Axis card and its 7 months old now yesterday applied for Axis My Zone LTF Via Cashkaro (Before Applying I checked it on Axis App -Apply Now- Credit Card - 11 Pre-Approved offer for me including this card) thought via CASHKARO also after redirecting to axis site it will give me instant credit card and now i have no idea what will happen to my application.

They are going to do KYC Or Home or OFFICE Verification isnt clear to me

You applied as existing customer or new customer
