I had applied for Airtel Axis Credit card through Airtel app on April 17, 2024 thereafter my video kyc and physical kyc was done including cibil hit. From thereon, I have not got any update whether the same has accepted or rejected. I have called the customer care 5 times to check the same and all they say that they don't have any update and it's pending with the backend team. Everytime they ask for 5 days and nothing happens. I'm fed-up with their service, can anyone help? Does anyone have email ID for escalating to bank and RBI or any other solution. I had previously lodged complaint as well which was closed stating that it would be resolved but nothing happened.
