Axis Bank Credit Card Bill Overdue

Last date to pay my Axis Bank Neo Credit Card Bill was 11 April 2025. But I paid the bill today on 13 April 2025. Bill amount was Rs. 3815/-. I paid all remaining cards bill on the 1st day of this month but unfortunately I could not pay this bill due to confusion with other 2 axis cards (Airtel & Flipkart). Since i paid bill of both cards in last week of previous month. I got the message from Axis Bank that today bill is overdue. Then I instantly paid the bill. First time I missed a credit card bill payment. I have few queries that
1. How much penalty & interest will be charged?
2. Penalty and interest charges can be reversed or not?
3. Will I get benifit of 3 days grace period of credit card bill payment as per RBI?
4. Should I wait for Penalty and Interest charge in next statement or write an email to customer care in advance for reversal of penalty?
5. Will it impact Cibil and chances of new credit card issuance in future?

1. Interest charged as per card mentioned 3.5% or more as per card guidelines
2. Depends on axis email to pno for request
3. Benefit is something when you pay at last day and it takes time to credit to credit card, due to delay by Bill pay system. But nevertheless it mentions the date of payment made for credit card irrespective of delay to credit card so 3 days is something for that but not for your payment made.
4. No immediately contract axis and email axis for request of wavier
5. Yes it will request axis bank not to report delay. It should be on email proof.

Bank can not charge you late payment fee and in case late payment is reported in cibil ask them to correct it citing RBI circular which allows customer 3 days grace period for bill payment.
