Axis Bank Credit Card OTP problem...

Today I received my axis ace card but when I am adding it to cred or doing recharge through Amazon, it showing an error like that your contact details for online transaction not updated in bank. Please contact nearest branch. (Screenshot attached)
Now what should I do now?

By the way axis will send an activation code on their leaflet. You can use it to activate the card if it's not automatically marked as delivered.

I have already activated it from Axis Mobile App through activation code. Still not receiving OTP. And I also received message from axis bank that your card is delivered(screenshot attached) but in their system it not updated yet is strange.
