I had done a "block and replace" of my Magnus credit card through the app. But the bank dispatched the card to the wrong/old address which is not the mailing/current address updated in my account. Bank has no clue why it was sent to an old address, and the card is now returned to Axis as undelivered. I am now trying to get the card re-dispatched to my Axis Bank branch (which the customer care said is possible). However the branch people seem to be clueless. Has anyone got their Axis credit card re-dispatched to branch? Can you help how you did and which form did you submit to the branch for the same?
